Hey!! My name is Sean Correll and I have had a love and passion for food for as long as I can remember, and unfortunately it shows in my physique 😉 I have also been a chef/cook/pizzeria owner for the last 25 years. I have just recently become a personal chef for the masses and started this blog as a place to discuss my love of food and share recipes and techniques with…..well, anyone that chooses to read it I guess! I am wide open to anything you (whoever that is) want to discuss, questions you may have. I love interacting with and meeting new people, especially those with a passion for food like me 🙂

I don’t know the reason, I would guess it is because of the way you stretch it out. It is (or should be) hand tossed, and it is the centripetal force that allows you to get it so thin….and makes it round!
